Merry Christmas!

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. I sure did, but I can't believe it's over already. The boys had a ball as usual got totally spoilt  and we all ate way too much food as usual.
Got a heap of pics to share from Christmas.

 My Sister made these trees for us, Lindt for me and Chuppa chup for the boys. Yum

Been trying a few different things lately. Made these button bouquets for a present and work.

 Am so looking forward to having lots of scrappy time now that I'm on holidays and the madness of Christmas is over. So hopefully I'll be back soon with some scrappy stuff to share.

White with 1 Creative team.

I am very excited to say I am now part of the Creative Team for WW1.
I am so looking forward to being on the team. All the layouts by the other fantastic team members are up now. So pop over and have a look here.
So the December challenge is
 WHITE + CHRISTMAS THEMED + CHRISTMAS PHOTO
You need to take inspiration from a Christmas/Non Christmas paper range. You can use 1 or more colours this month.
I have taken my inspiration from the Holiday style paper range by October Afternoon. Mainly this piece of paper. I love the colours in this range and the little shops reminded me of these photos I took of Declan playing with his Grandpas Christmas Village. My boys love seeing it every year, and looking for new pieces and moving all the little figures around.

Retreat layouts.

Well I went on a retreat a few weeks ago, had a great time and did 20 layouts. Which is I am wrapped with coz I usually talk way more than I scrap.

Finally did some challenges!

This month I have done a few layouts for challenge blogs. So anyway here they are.

This ones for kraftitup This months challenge was to use kraft and one of three styles. Monochromatic, Minimalist or Vintage/Romantic/Shabby Chic. For something different I chose to do a vintage layout.

This one is based on the whitewith1 challenge

which was to use white + black + paints/mists.

 And the last one is for the 123 challenge blog which was to use the word "you", the colour gold and leather or lace & suede. I have used black leather to make my title.

Oh well that's it for now.

New blog

Hi I'm Suzi a mum of two boys aged 10 and 8 years old. Since going back to work I haven't had as much time for my scrapping and was getting pretty slack there for a while. I have been getting back into it slowly and am really enjoying it. So I thought I'd start a fresh with a new blog to share my layouts and join in on a few challenges. 

Anyway thought I'd just share what I have done so far this year first and will be back soon with a few challenges I have done for the month.
